The first category of our immigration services concerns legalization of stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland. We prepare documentation and represent our clients in front of Polish government and administrative institutions.

CGO Legal Counseling offers a full range of legal services related to employment of foreigners in Poland. We advise employers who plan to hire foreigners in their companies. We represent both businesses and individuals on the legal aspects of working and conducting business activity in Poland.

Immigration law is a wide variety of aspects as described above. Hence the rules regulating mentioned issues are described in many different acts, however the basic and most important are the following three:
